ABZ Group Plc is a multinational company that was established in 1998 and is listed in the Australian Security Exchange (ASX). The company sells various products including DVDs, CDs and books and have 117 outlets around the world. ABZ Group Plc company has its headquarters in Sydney and about half of its outlets spread in Australia. The company had had a steady growth of revenue until 2015 when its total revenue and profits started declining despite efforts by the management to increase customer base and reduce debts. In 2014, ABZ Group Plc generated a total revenue of 1.1 billion dollars and a profit of 300 million dollars before tax. However, in 2018, the total revenue generated reduced to 700 million dollars and a profit-loss of 100 million dollars. The management of the company believes that the reduced production is due to low sales and weak pricing of the products.
