Social Cooperation
Introduction
Ideally, social cooperation refers to the human action that presents the society with the social services such as the care of the elderly, less fortunate groups such as the disabled, the care of the children, and also the integration of the unemployed groups into the national workforce. The core objective of the social cooperation is to benefit the community at large. In a social perspective, socio cooperation involves provision of services of the common interest to the community through the reintegration of the workers, particularly the marginalized and the disadvantaged groups into the workforce. The citizens of a country participate in to the beneficial projects that benefit everyone in the society. The concept of social cooperation is usually presented in the form of a problem. Then, the solutions are proposed to the problem of the social control which is: market competitive and government directions
Cooperation is a vital aspect as it forms guidelines and unites people to work together towards achieving a certain goal. This is evident among people in an organization or people in the society. The levels of cooperation may be different but the main objective is to ensure and maintain maximum mutual benefits in the given setup (Gong et al, 2017). Through cooperation, people learn new things through the exchange of ideas and views. One gets to know more valuable information that acts as a ladder towards success. People have to consult each other on certain issues and probably, no one has enough knowledge to survive by their own. Every setup and profession requires social cooperation. Teachers in schools, nurses and other professional fraternity in the society require social cooperation. Above all there is need for cooperation to build the economy and livelihood of the people. All businesses and organizations require cooperation to reap maximum benefits.
The location of an organization is also crucial in the face of the social cooperation. It is believed that any organization should impact and change the desired location. However, the society may not have trust on that particular organization thus; it loses publicity (Gallo et al, 2015). To promote cooperation, techniques need to be applied to get in touch with the social life and general development of the public. This can be accomplished by integrating the public into the organization missions and goals and responding to their wants. In the case of building trust, an organization has to develop programs that liaise with that particular environment. To develop these, an organization has to get in touch and support some programs such as sponsoring young talents, helping the needy and disadvantaged groups within the organizational environment-both the internal and external. Through this, a strong bond is maintained and healthy competition is enhanced.
Additionally, social cooperation is not only constituted within the organization but also covers the external environment. Because every organization requires the love and support of the public, a good relationship is very important. The business should not be manipulative but has to consider the rights of the consumers and the public at large. Safe and environment-friendly products should be the core aim of an organization (Rice, 2013). There is a need to ensure that the services offered are genuine and of use to the public. Above all, the prices set should be fair but not to manipulate the consumers and take advantage of them. Views of customers should be considered and responded to. For instance if a customer complains on a particular thing, the best should be done to facilitate competency and professionalism.
In an organization, cooperation is meant to enhance unity among the employees. This is acquired by different means that are meant to consider the views and likes of each and every individual. Every business organization requires the efforts of every member and therefore uniting people is the main idea (Gong et al, 2017). There may be differences among people but the best can be done to unite their interests. Work should not be individual but should be done in groups. This is done to ensure unity and also quality of the work done. For instance a project pursued by different may seem to be better and more advanced due to the sharing of ideas. Every member has to play his or her role as expected. Loyalty and commitment is the ideal thing to ensure that the dreams are achieved.
In addition to that, conflicts are expected in every place with a meeting of people. Conflicts may be due to injustices but now they have to be solved by using the right channels. No one should be favored at all but judgment has to be made wisely. This should be done in negotiations hence no hatred is developed among employees (Rice, 2013). At the point when this is achieved, all members of an organization feel secure, determined and ready in ensuring that the goals and objectives are achieved. The conflict solving is the duty of the manager. He or she should be in a position to handle all issues therefore the programs of an organization run as expected (Gallo et al, 2015). Additionally, employers should not be manipulative and strict but should reason with the employees and bear with a situation. A good relationship between employers and employees strengthen the bond as loving the job.
Moreover, social cooperation is constituted by the nature of employees. The rights of workers should not be taken for granted but the best should be granted. Employees are the main determinants of whether a business succeeds or not. Therefore good working conditions are very essential and health conditions should be considered (Gong et al, 2017). Employees should not be th...
