Abstract
It's pointless to claim that our planet has fundamentally changed. Our planet is experiencing a catastrophic climate shift, with temperatures higher than they have been in 2000 years. Global temperatures are thought to be at an all-time high, with all of the repercussions it entails, and it is predicted that this trend would continue if not addressed. Some of the threat's causative agents are human-driven and induced, and can be reduced to a minimal level. The repercussions of failing to address these variables are severe, influencing weather patterns, global temperatures, marine acidity and aquatic life, pest and disease prevalence, and agricultural productivity, to name a few. The importance of global warming and climate change on the entire ecosystem, as well as the inter-relationship between them and their detrimental effects are explored in this study. A comparison of extracts is highlighted, and remedies are proposed.

Introduction
Climate change, according to PCC (2007), is defined as a change in the climate system that can be determined by variations in the mean and/or variability of its attributes, and that lasts for decades or more. Although the average time it takes for changes to materialize is important, the degree of deviation from the usual and its consequences for the environment are the most important factors.
Climate change and global warming has begun to have a variety of physical repercussions, all of which have severe financial and business ramifications. While weather variation and extremes have since existed, science suggests that weather extremes are growing more common and severe, that progressive climatic changes are currently occurring, and that climate change impacts are anticipated to become more severe in the future years and decades.
Unfortunately, several features of the present evidence suggest that climate change could reduce agricultural productivity in underdeveloped nations significantly (McGuigan et al., 2002). Climate change's impact on agricultural activity can be evaluated from a variety of perspectives. Climate change alters rainfall and temperature distribution of over the course of a year, affecting crop yields, particularly for crops grown in rain-fed environments (Thurlow et al., 2009).
Literature Review
Global warming and its implications have recently been the subject of intense research. For the study, several articles and journals and websites on the subject were evaluated, putting research problems into context. The comprehensive summary of various literature is done in the following paragraphs to highlight the gaps.
Onuoha (2009) looked at the challenges climate change poses around the world, with a focus on poor nations, where farming is a major industry that is heavily reliant on climate and weather. The study used the Green Wall Sahara Nigeria Program, a sustainable development concept, as a technique for greening the parts of Northern Nigeria that are desert-infested and drought-prone.
Natural or biogeographical processes and human actions (anthropogenic) are the two main contributors to climate change. Astronomical and extraterrestrial factors are examples of natural processes. Changes in the eccentricity of the earth's orbit, variations in the ecliptic plane’s obliquity, and changes in orbital precession are among the astronomical factors, while solar radiation quantity and quality are among the extraterrestrial factors.
Methodology
To conduct the research, both quantitative and qualitative inquiry approaches were used. A survey was conducted to collect quantitative data, and an interview was conducted to obtain qualitative data. Specifically, students of environmental science, MBBS, geology, economics, political science, and studies from various academic institutions in Kathmandu were surveyed. For the study, some secondary data sources were also used. The study used secondary sources such as books, journals, and websites. All of these statistics are studied in order to determine the likely consequences of global warming on Nepal's national security. This was accomplished through the use of descriptive and analytical research approaches.
The data for the study was gathered from both primary as well as secondary sources. A survey question and an interview question were constructed for the primary data. For the requisite sample size, survey questions were dispersed throughout the sample area. Similarly, interview questions for qualitative primary data were generated, and interviews with the needed sample were done based on those questions.
Results
A table depicting respondents' views on responsibility for reducing the effects of global warming in Nepal, based on a poll of 240 respondents conducted in Kathmandu below.

Discussion of results
According to the results of a survey of 240 students, 22.5 percent believe the global community is responsible for addressing the effects of global warming, while 15% believe the federal government of Nepal is responsible, and 10.83 percent believe it is the responsibility of various states and local governments. Finally, a sizable majority of respondents, 51.66 percent, believe that combating global warming will necessitate a concerted international, national, and local effort.
