Abstract
In today’s era, the business corporation has undergone vast range of changes From the way of the activities is undertaken within the organization about the delivery of product demanded and services rendered. Among the world most developed economy, Australian economy is one of the largest mixed economies in the market have emerged with the new online business method, tools and new ideas of research that has revolutionized the process of business in their economic world. Australian business organization encompasses small level of traders in to big business giants in mining & extraction related manufacturing, export house and word employing concept of E-commerce to achieve high level productivity, greater effectiveness and efficiency in conducting business activity. E-commerce is new platform for the new ideas and concepts that are driven by Technology oriented business which is specifically design to achieve growth, competitive edge and faster development of business in Australian economy. Online selling and marketing of services and product in Australian business have been build in to touch with customer relationship and other organization to deliver the required product and services at just a single click under a common roof. What are the problems that companies have to face in starting of online business in the developed country? Also being tried to answer with this study report. We also going to study that what kind of e-commerce can be possible by taking into account the different factors influencing the e-commerce market?
The economy of Australian is run by its most business sector i.e. service sector, which comprising some level of GDP apart from manufacturing, mining sector, tourism, agriculture, media, infrastructure ,finance and logistics. The Australian customer has advanced made the switch in to digital in a very comprehensive way, making country as a quite an interesting business place for anyone who come with an e-commerce bent. In Australia Approximately 94% of the populations have accessing internet, with almost 80% browsing daily on a online basis. Recent statistics results shows the tremendous growth in on-line sales of products since the year of 2010 with continuous increased in number of consumers on-line in popularly entertainment, travel/ accommodation, electronic gadgets, clothing, Insurance category and stocks. E-commerce is considered as one of the cheapest ways of business as it developed ecommerce that has make it possible to reduce the cost of promotion of services and products.
1. Introduction

Australian as being one and the largest markets in the world with the largest economy over the globe has the largest customer strength across the country in all the sector of industries running under numbers of different segments of business with internet commerce known as e commerce which is used for placement as well as receipt of orders through an Internet. The concept of "Online Business" evolved from the beginning of a new concept known as E-Commerce with the simultaneous introduction of an internet as well as other computing devices and internet connection. It can also define in terms of a business process of business organization conducts over a computer excess network.  Australian Customers concerned, So far approximate 94% of the population are using an Internet of which maximum number of buyers are in the age group of 21-50.The Key factors of use of IT in business in Australia includes web Browsing, internet access, online orders-receipt and payment of products ordered. With the business of on-line sales purchase, consumers can purchase and sell everything at their home with convenient price almost. With the E-Commerce entirely life style has been changed because seller and buyers need not to spend time and money in travelling to the market.

1.2 Background
The world of E-commerce was introduced after the invention of the technology that was specifically made for production oriented area. In later part of 1980’s, business corporation and a researcher of management has made drastically efforts to increase the use of technology input to other areas of business like customer relationship, marketing, order handling, advertising, record keeping of the market and market research.
Today’s era in Australia, many of the literary works are being carried out by using PayPal and other payment site like bill desk, Pay U money etc. Among which Digital Report of Literacy of small business was conducted in 2013. The Report of Digital Literacy was completed by Lonergan Research, and it will commissioned by Australia PayPal. For research of online business the sample size of 507 SMEs was selected. By the team 0f 20 employee survey was conducted which is completed on 30th September 2013. After survey, the data was compared with the latest population estimates derived from sources of Australian Bureau of Statistics(ABS) and Lonergan Research data. (Anon,ABS,2015)
Key Findings
Low levels of literacy in digital impacting the growth of Australian SMEs
• Only approximately half (51%) of the SMEs have tried to increase their literacy in digital.
• Near about 4 out of 5 i.e. 79% of SMEs claim that there should more uses of internet for the growth of economy.
• From the Australia maximum SMEs of business have tried to Increase literacy in digital, for that common and practical methods are suggested as through an independent learning tool such as online search are 65% and online tutorials are 49%.
• From the participant 65% of SMEs feel that conducting Low levels of digital literacy business by way of online is key to grow business but only 14% of SMEs feel that they are already taking the benefits of everything the internet offers to the small businesses.
• From all only 43% of business SMEs uses a Smartphone for access the internet for business purposes and only 23% used a tablet, compared to 72% who use a desktop computer.
• Australians are increasingly using the surfing of internet to search out information for small businesses, up to now approximately one third i.e. 34% listed their contact details on internet for online excess. From the total SMEs only 22% i.e. 1 out of 5 used digital advertising, and less than 8% of SMEs i.e. 1 out of 10 is run their business by using cloud software solutions.
• While 89% use the internet to either communication or information, only 26% are using the internet to sales.
• SMEs interested to do more business by way of online – 30% want to sell goods and services via their website and 26% want to accept payments via their website.
