Machine learning is the capability of an information technology system to solely solve problems by identifying the trend (Raschika and Mirjalili 2017). Machine learning helps information technology systems identify the trends based on established algorithms and data sets and provide enough solution concept. Artificial knowledge used in machine learning is developed based on expert experience. Hence, for the software or application to develop solutions solely using machine learning capabilities, the first step involving acquiring of artificial knowledge is crucial. For example, the necessary data and algorithms should be put into the system in advance. Novakovic (2017) argued that the respective analysis regulations for identifying trends in the data stock should be clear. Machine learning works just like human learning. For example, when children are given games with items on them, they can learn to determine and distinguish the images. Therefore, computer learns from data input and commands, enabling the computer to determine certain items and differentiate between them.
