Marketing communication involves the constant use of both traditional and modern strategies of marketing expansion so as to elevate communication of a particular company or individual product and brand to stakeholders. So as to reach a broad scope of stakeholders, a successful marketing communication strategy should be created using a blend of various techniques. Schultz revolutionized the 4P's; product, price, place, and promotion as a form of the marketing strategy used by many different companies internationally. He replaced it with the 4C's concept; consumer, communication, convenience and cost. Marketing was revolutionized by this model as intended by Schultz by shifting all the attention to the consumers, bringing into line the strategy that puts into consideration the customer's needs and wants and making the customer the principal subject when marketing and promoting a product.

Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care is another multinational competitor to C & A Automotive with over 60 shops in North America and one in Sackville as well. It offers transmission and auto repair services for cars, trucks, and RVs. Its stores are equipped to handle not only automotive transmission as it name suggests but also engine performance, electrical systems, brakes steering as well as suspension systems. Its operations are repairing and maintaining anything necessary to keep any vehicle safe and running accordingly.
