I was raised up in a family of Hinduism. All the members of my family participated in our home shrine morning worship before taking breakfast. It followed giving an offering in the form of the flower and at times a leaf. My parents advocated for distinctive practices including longer Puja, reading the scripture, mantra repeating, singing devotional songs and after that undertaking simple sadhanas as well as yogas. I also attended with my parents Puja at the temple each and every week to enable us experience God’s blessings and the Gods on a usual basis. On a mild Sunday, 2nd August 2015, I attended a gathering at Kunzang Palyul Odsal Changchub (KPC) whereby more than 300 individuals were present to receive a valuable empowerment of Buddhism from his sanctity Karma Kunchen Rinpoche, who is the 12th holder of the throne coming from the ancestry of Palyul in the school of Nyingma Tibetan Buddhism.
