They have also deployed some automatic or pilotless drones near the borders that help collect data on the movement and activities along the border. The U.S has also put up cameras with sensors and different surveillance technologies that are used to help prevent illegal crossing in and out of the boarders. The government has made sure that the visa requirements are hastened whereby they conduct interviews for persons requiring visas and do background checks to ascertain the need to travel at given time and the urgency for the different persons visiting the united states either for business or tours. However, change in prevention of border crossing would involve different shifts that would be categorized as four. They include by aligning boarder security with global strategy, creating a new foreign policy, making development and on cooperation, changing the reactive approach of U.S government. Aligning global security with global strategy is a kind of transformation towards future prevention that requires creating different policy towards the countries involved in immigration.
