Description Nannies migration into UAE have had a very serious political, cultural and economic implications. It is the dynamic labor markets together with globalization that have led to many opportunities and pressure for women to migrate. Migrating to the new countries with opportunities lead to serious violation of women rights.Women on their journey to working in this countries or in the process of living in this countries are vulnerable to harassment, discrimination, intimidation.
