* The community, government agencies and non-governmental organizations are stake holders. (Harvey & Reeds, 6).
* Each of this stakeholder has a role to play for the success of the project.
* The community have little or no role to play, the government agency supervises the project and ensure that the project is running smoothly and the non-governmental organizations normally contribute to funding of the project. (Harvey &Reeds, 8).
* The stakeholders communicates according to hierarchy.
* The stakeholders requirement vary based on the roles they play. The community requires the material to aid in the construction, the government requirements are the funds required for appropriate coordination while the NGOs requirement are also funds which facilitate the development of the water project. (Harvey & Reeds, 12).
