3 Market research
The selected location for this business will be a vital component for its success. This site was sought particularly because the demographics are aligned strategically with the club’s target customers. While people meet in bars and clubs to socialize other emerging factors have sprung up into the industry. The challenges pertaining to drunk driving have brought dynamic changes in the patterns of drinking in the United States’ people (Hesse & Tutenges, 2011). The growing challenge with fitness and health in the latter part of 20th century has had a toll on the club and bar industry. An analysis of this industry requires a review of the entire alcoholic beverage industry. Alcohol is a very vital feature for strip clubs. The industry of distilled spirits, in the annual U.S economic activity, generates about $ 100 billion.
The US night club and bar industry includes single and multi-location industries: approximately 45,000 establishments and about $20 billion combined annual revenue. While there is significant domination from some clubs, there is no company that dominates entirely; this is partly due to the liquor laws which are constantly varying making it difficult to develop large chains of operation. There is a high level of fragmentation in the industry: the largest 50 companies consist of about 5% of revenue (Montemurro, 2001). Personal entertainment and income steer the demand.
There are few challenges to market entry in this industry, and the estimates of capital costs for start-ups are relatively low. However, there is stiff competition among the strip clubs and other night clubs as a result of the large night club numbers within the target market. When this is combined with the growth rate of small industries, the market share gained by one strip club will have a toll on others. Competition in this industry is likely to come from pubs, sporting clubs, win sellers, and coffee houses (hardbodiesmen.ne, 2015). The individuals which this business will be targeting for their target market include: between the ages 27 and 65, household income of $ 45, 000, gender demographic (25% female, 75% male), and people within a 15mile radius of the club location (Cutler, 2006).

The kitchen will be fully operational on a 24/7 hour basis, although the club patrons can have the option of preparing foods in advance then using a microwave or use a deep fryer. The nights of Friday and Saturday will be especially entertaining; there will be live music performance particularly by local jazz musicians. The club management will cover for these ...
