This data will then be analyzed to determine the reasons behind the frequent and sustained fluctuations in the company’s profitability. Conducting an analysis of a company’s financial statements can reveal useful information about the performance of the company and reveal any performance gaps (Wild, Bernstein, Subramanyam, and Halsey 24).
