Abstract
This report is presented to illustrate how to expand a brick and mortar business to an E-commerce store. Brick and mortar stores on the street sides of the roads. This kind of business offers services and products to clients face to face. A gas station, grocery stores, dentists, and walk-in banks are all types of Brick and Mortar stores. The study found out that Walmart can be termed as a brick and mortar store. The study found out that a brick and mortar store can be transformed to be an e-commerce store. To change owners need to do deep research about online E-commerce stores. According to the findings of the data collected, a brick and mortar store can be easily changed to an E-commerce store.

Introduction
Many people around the world are transitioning from Brick and Mortar to Online Stores. Brick and motor retail store is a street-side business that offers services and products to clients face to face. A gas station, grocery stores, dentists, and walk-in banks are all types of Brick and Mortar stores. Walmart is an example of a traditional Brick and Mortar business. The retailer shop has 4000 stores located in different parts of the world. Each year in business news, we here an increase in online sales; this is because 0nly 28% of businesses are selling their products and services online (Bilgihan, 2016). E-commerce every day as communication and technology continue to grow. E-commerce is killing the brick and mortar business. Many young people prefer shopping online rather than going to the physical store. Although brick and mortar stores still hold economic power, they are losing traction every day. E-Commerce allows customers to choose unlimited virtual products without leaving the couch of the house.
