The firm boasts in expertise in marketing personal computers and accessories and also boasts in market research.
2.0 Situation Analysis
Daphne Technologies provides topnotch expertise in distribution strategies, channel development, and business development. The firm has been in existence for two years and seeks to expand its business to international markets. This year, the firm intends to take consulting services in Far East and Latin America markets.
1 Market Summary
Daphne Technologies focuses on hi-tech computer manufacturers, both software and hardware, who require selling their products outside the U.S market, most specifically the Far East and Latin America markets. As an emerging LLC firm, major focus is on medium-sized manufacturers. Our most valuable customers are basically executives in middle and larger corporations. These are mostly sales managers, general managers, and marketing managers.
