This paper analyses the social media marketing of MooGoo Company by identifying their core target market and developing a social media audit. The social media SWOT analysis is also analyzed in this paper so as to effectively understand how social media marketing is used by the company to promote its brands by reaching a large numbers of consumers. MooGoo utilizes different social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and even YouTube are used by companies to market their products which in turn bring immense success to their businesses. Social media marketing begins when companies or organizations share their brands on social media to attract potential customers. MooGoo Company also use social media in many different ways. For instance, a company that is concerned over how people receive its brand would always monitor their social media platforms and respond to clients based on what they say.
Social media marketing (SMM) is the demand of new era. The increase in the use of internet has brought the idea of social media marketing to the limelight. Companies that are established in nations with improved technologies are heavily utilizing the idea of social media marketing. The idea works well in terms of advertising products and reaching a lot of people in the society. Social media marketing is still new, but has increased over the last few years with the creation of famous social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and even Instagram. The features that make social media marketing to be even popular is that it is interactive and rich in updated information. The prosperity of social media marketing emanates from the wealth of content that can be provided easily and cheaply, coupled with the potential of customers to decide how much or little to access.
