The managers of given companies have incorporated the systems in all operational systems to enhance the quality of work within the firms. However, the information system security is another factor which will ensure all the functions of each department are working to the expectation due the security insured within the systems.

* It supports better decision making by the management- the system provides relevant data to the managers which enables them to make informed decisions.
