Hershey Company is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of chocolate. Apart from their core business of chocolate making, the company also engages in the production of drinks, milk shakes, cookies and cakes among other products internationally (Brenner, 16). Having global footprint, Hershey Company uses 4p’s marketing mix which ensure that they compete favorably bearing in mind different consumer cultures, preferences and tastes in the global market.
The 4p’s marketing mix has been cited as a strategic marketing tool which factors in place, price, product and time when structuring a marketing strategy (Londhe, 337). Hershey Company has employed the use of 4p’s marketing to help them create a sustainable value over their products by putting the right products to the right consumers.
