Ethical decision making at the workplace refers to making the right decisions at work, emphasizing on self-respect and values associated with the workplace (tow project). Faith, on the other hand, refers to having complete trust and confidence in someone, something or an aspect. Thesis: How faith contributes to making ethical decisions at work and the impacts on work environment and society at large.
An ethical decision can be described as choosing to do the right thing even if it seems a difficult thing to do. For instance, coming across a misplaced item such as money at work and deciding to keep it is unethical whereas looking for the owner and returning the money not only earns self-respect but also influences other colleagues to be ethical when making decisions.
