Introduction
The ‘thunderbolt kid’ is a derisive description of a boy in the story who believed to have within himself, some superpowers. He depicts that’s when he claims that he had the ability to vaporized people or even situation with some vision heat. He also says that whenever other kids tried to protect themselves from the bomb, he would just pull out his comic book to read. After all, he was the thunderbolt kid. The writer brings about his memories in the book, those of his childhood. This is to mean the author is the main character of the story.
