In particular, Adams presents reported statistical evidence on how anxiety and depression continue to affect students across the United States. The documentary also depicts the different treatment interventions that are available to those college students that have already experiencing the effects of depression and anxiety. In this handbook, Csikszentmihalyi carries out a study to investigate the levels of creativity amongst college students during various periods and settings. The author’s primary objectives for conducting this research, among others, were to establish the flow and intrinsic motivation amongst the students during different times when in college. In particular, Csikszentmihalyi found out that the students’ lowest levels for feeling creative were during passive leisure time, when alone, and class time. According to the author, creativity within the campus precincts has a close correlation with greater autonomy support offered by instructors as well as to greater feelings of social support and belongingness. Csikszentmihalyi further found out that those college students who demonstrated more flow during their productive actitvities
