Topic Selected: Strategic Designs in Urban Planning and Development
Urban designers are the forefront pillars of how a city’s layout and appearance which contributes greatly to the functionality of every key aspect involved. Due to this, inclusive designs for spaces is considered key important. This brings up the artwork of inclusive and diverse models for implementation of infrastructure. Having this in mind, so many factors have to be taken into consideration. Human diversity is a key consideration implying that demands brought about by the ever advancing universal population have to be met by the new implemented models. Modern designs then have to consider the demands of people who change as time goes. Shifting demands are as a result of advancing lifestyle and technology. As a result of this, factors which could foster hee change in demands are physical ability, cognitive and health abilities, socioeconomic determinants, age, gender identity, culture, and ethnicity. Projected visions which also outline other factors that foster growth allocations are coming up with a readily affordable housing agenda which potentially plays a key role in the implementation.
