Chicken menu variations are a delight to everyone. The inexpensive chicken servings and easy access to restaurants along streets have embodied chicken meals to the public. Chicken meals have quickly been integrated with the fast food industry and hugely endeared by children. Fried chicken with potatoes has been my favourite meal among the many variations of chicken servings. Fried chicken is cooked by tenderising, thumping and curbing chicken steak. The steak is then engrossed in lard and dredged into a mixture of flour vegetable seasonings and pepper. The steak exhaustively fried at 300 degrees calcium and served with potatoes, cream and vegetable seasonings. I also enjoy other variants of the servings, especially with steamed vegetables. The serving is characteristically golden brown, has a crispy texture and has the juice that makes it silky. The fried chicken especially the trademark Kentucky chicken are said to be having a savoury smell. Various shapes have been adapted to resemble certain things such as love or dove shaped steaks. Most restaurants currently offer multiple servings of fried chicken. Some of the best eat outs and restaurants are Subway, KFC and Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles in Los Angeles.
