According to (smith and Watson 2010) the professional biography explores on the various practices that relates to the study of Masters in nursing programme which acknowledges that having certified the criteria for nursing, there is experience gains that adds value to the professional biography and this will enhance career development at various phases and dimensions. When one has a reflective mind through focus based on professionalism he/she cannot depend on the other nurses to tell them what to do and this is due to enough experience earned during practice. In this document, some authors in their context thought of developing a creative reasoning in the sector of health sanitations and healthcare fraud as this is a global issue. The professional entity and qualification is a lifetime experience since it gives oneself an informative understanding and development that are for future generations by wheatman (2012).

The most important change in the field of nursing is the realization that one has the professional responsibility needed by the employer’s or health sectors. Here one is entitled to keep the skills and knowledge with an aim of improving on the performance of during professional auditions. Having a self-reflection and competence in all places of work, also influence the decision making process in clinical operations and concepts relating to clinical decisions and critical thinking. The position in which one holds in an office is as a result of ones thinking capability and experience gained and this will determine the recurring clinical problems. Professional journey is not that friendly and easy but instead it is of high resolution to base on the major and be purposeful in life to have the nursing as a profession hits the maximum target. In conclusion, nursing is a major discipline in the health sector and is considered the most important part as it champions for the development of the professional biography since it is a field where experience in terms of practical skills are and theories are of great importance. The narrator finally draws conclusion that after a range of years of experience he/she was promoted from SN2 to SN1 for the hard work and competence in nursing.
