The news article concerns a fired employee of Chicago Law School published on November 12, 2018 by Stephen Francis Ward in ABA Journal. The author concentrates on John Bergholz from Chicago who successfully got the permission to proceed with the complaint he had filed over gender discrimination at the law school as an employee. Bergholz also complained of age discrimination as well as retaliation, but they were later dismissed. John Bergholz, a 59-year-old male complainant who was the executive director of development and alumni relations at a law school in Chicago in the year 2015-2017 claimed that there were attempts by individuals to orchestrate a Title IX complainant against him just after meeting for lunch at theTrump International Hotel in DC with a donor. The complainant got fired by the school dean, Angela Dickerson, back in April 2017. Bergholz in his statement claimed that the dean of the school as always been biased in relation to the older people especially men. Bergholz as well filed a petition of having been accused of being against LGBT people, the Muslims and racism by Anthony Niedwiecki. Bergholz claimed in his affidavit that Niedwiecki accused him of being in opposition of diversity that the school championed but wasdismissed by the judge on the ground that it did lacked evidence.
