CC: “Pain, swelling, and redness.”
HPI: Patient presents with edema, swelling, and pain in the lower extremity. The patient denies taking any medication to relieve pain. Moreover, the patient denies applying cream to manage the condition.
Allergies: NKA.
ROS:
General: Patient complains of pain, swelling, and redness. The patient denies fever or red chills.
HEENT: Head-hair is of normal texture and distributed evenly. Eyes- No vision loss, yellow sclerae, no blurred vision. Ears-No evidence of hearing loss. Nose- No runny nose/sneezing. Throat-patient does not have a sore throat.
Cardiovascular: No deformities in the heart. No pathological pulsations.
