This business case shows why the company wants to do the implementation and moving all the sales data to Salesforce technology. It indicates the benefits the company will gain and also a recommendation for its implementation. Other information like the challenges and other alternatives that were considered are well included.
1.1Issue
Due to change in technology, the company has decided it will move all the sales data to salesforce technology. The major reasons why the company wants to move to this new technology is because the need of tracking customer performance and improve sales in general, the managers want to make it easy for the writing of the reports and also gets the only the key information summary, the administrative work has become too much and this is one of the ways the company can reduce it and make it easy for their sales administrators and also for easy measurement of the goals that are set by the company. In addition, the company also wants to, make it convenient for the sales force to work from anywhere to ensure the customers get satisfied. Implementing and moving all sales data to salesforce technology will ensure that the company saves the time and cash that is spent on the finding the data.
1.2. Anticipated outcome
It is expected that the employee turnover will reduce greatly because the technology shall need only a few employees to operate the systems. This will, in turn, the costs that are being spent by the company to pay the salesforce. The customer service is also likely to improve as they will be served faster than before and as such more customers will be attracted to Citizen Company. The company will also benefit from the accuracy of information including the financial reports and also reduce fraud within the company. The sales representatives will also have the privilege to work from anywhere because all the data will be on the internet.
1.3. Recommendations
Due to the nature of the transformation that is expected in the Citizen Company sales force, the management is looking at the various options that are available to make the implementation and movement successful and meet its goals. The options should make the project adaptable and reliable. The following are some of the recommendations;
* The system must be made compatible with other with other systems within the company.
* There should be in-house IT expert to control the machines and repair where necessary
* The users of the system should be provided with secret passwords to use to log into the system
1.4. Justification
The implementation and moving all sales data to salesforce technology will be implemented so that the company can be competitive in the current changing market. It will make the sales more convenient to customers an also to our sales team. The company will reduce the costs that are used because it will reduce the employee turnover and also make more sales because the technology is faster compared to the sales data. This technology was introduced after the comparison and the measure of the risks of various technologies that were available and realized that it will make the company move faster ahead of its competitors.

3. Problem Definition
The citizen company was behind other firms in terms of technology. This had left the company behind as the competitors' continued to increase their market share. The company had to find a way to respond to the competitors and maintain its customer base. This technology will ensure that the company offers quality and timely services to customers so as to satisfy them. Secondly, the costs of had become a burden as the number of the employees in the company were rising and there was a need to reduce the expenses so that the company can register more profits. This could only be achieved through the implementation and movement of sales data to Salesforce technology. Lastly, there was some fraud in this department of sales and the executive had to find a way to deal with it.
3.1Organizational Impact
The implementation and movement sales data to salesforce technology will lead to some changes in the sales department and the company at large. This changes will affect normal operations which include the roles and responsibilities, software, processes and also the customer cues.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of the workforce will change, for instance, the sales workforce will no longer be generating the reports because they are automatically be produced by the computer.
The process of entering the information on documents as the information will be stored and retrieved from the computers. The employees will be trained over the same.

This project is intended to move the sales data of Citizen Company from the current manual system to Salesforce technology. This will help the company to easily manage large volumes of data and also make the communication with the customers easy.
The project shall ensure that it allows for advancement in the next few years as technology is expected to change. The project will help the company to make more profits because it will reduce the workforce and also reach to more customers.
The project is expected to be implemented as soon as possible to prevent the extra costs the company is spending. The implementation program will commence immediately the required soft wares are acquired.
