Abstract
A 16-year-old with low mood, lost interest in daily routines, and low self-esteem saw a psychologist. He was a young boy with a lean built and medium height with an aggressive expression in sharing his thoughts, especially the family environment and father. He was assessed on various parameters according to the bio psychosocial model, but the problem found to have lay in the social model of the client, his environment and social longings were not fixed properly.
