It's primarily based on the rich, not considering the poor and the middle class. In agreement with John Rawls’s veil of ignorance law, the person agrees with the fact change can be possible when everyone views the world from the point of John Rawls's view. People power and wealthy people tend to get greedy to achieve more, thus leading to unequal distribution of wealth and disregarding the middle class and the poor.
