Portfolio Diet
A portfolio diet effectively minimizes cholesterol levels because it focuses on plant-based foods. Jenkins et al. (2019) from the University of Toronto developed the diet using evidence-based methods, affirming its effectiveness in lowering cholesterol levels. It is a crucial diet approach that helps manage and reduce the risk of chronic conditions. The food recommended for this diet is designed to reduce cholesterol levels and ensure that individuals attain holistic body health.
