In its strategy, ByteDance focuses on leveraging the unlimited potential of technology. Specifically, the company merges considerable-scale machine learning and learning algorithms in processing large data volumes to offer personalized feeds and content to users through its apps. When embracing this technology, ByteDance uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create AI-powered platforms to understand and analyze texts, images, and videos through the natural language processing computer technology (Qumer & Purkayastha, 2020). Notably, the organization uses AI to collect consumer data, which is then fed to machine learning algorithms for refinement, ensuring that the apps provide the content that the viewers want.
