Before conducting the research, we first identified the problem we were going to study. Problem identification played a crucial role in ensuring we tackled a real problem which was affecting the community. With the aid of other group members, we were able to come up with up the most suitable topic which initiated the research process. We then went ahead and conducted a literature review which helped us in several ways. One, we wanted to know if our problem had been studied any other person and what did the found; secondly, we wanted to understand how our study will be of benefits to the other studies and how will other researchers benefit from our work. Literature was to give an insight into the research and equip us with knowledge of what we were going to do.
