For this reflection, you are encouraged to step outside of your comfort zone, dig deep, and be honest with yourself. You will be assessed on the depth of your reflection, so take this opportunity to inspire personal thought and ideas. Note: This journal template has two parts that you need to complete.

Part 1
Directions: Respond thoroughly and honestly to each prompt.
1. Take the ten question Mindset Assessment and record your assessment results. In complete sentences, address the following questions: What did your results reveal? Did you agree with the results? Why or why not? Provide examples to support your response.
The results reveal that I have a growth mindset. I agree with the results. On normal occasions, I believe in my possibilities and working towards new goals. I am also a believer of trying and not being ashamed of making mistakes. Areas I am not good in get extra attention from myself and any other source of help I get. For example, a topic I find difficult to understand gets extra attention from my personal study hours. I do discussions with fellow students that understood better and I seek the teacher’s assistance where I get stuck. I answer questions regularly, and learn from what I get wrong. Every new hurdle is a step closer to my long-term goal therefore I keep working on every step.
