However, this case recommends the ideas of IDS/MSGP with a health plan to start a local metropolitan healthcare delivery system in Illinois. The selection of the model bases on the fact that Illinois State comprises a majority of middle to high-income earning households who are educated and can, therefore, purchase health insurance and besides, are familiar with the need for obtaining the cover.
