Renjen is one of the business leaders known for their commitment to diversity through programs and initiatives in their organizations. Just like the Eleven CEOs in the Havard Business Review, What 11 CEOs have Learned about Championing Diversity, Renjen believes that diversity is Deloitte's strength and that its workforce should be a reflection of the world around it(Johnson). According to him, teams can only succeed where diversity is valued and supported as people exchange valuable insights based on their cultures. Through the direct commitment of the CEO, Deloitte has come up with different strategies to ensure the support and empowerment of its diverse workforce. These include flexible and modernized working approaches, policies extending family leaves, recognizing different holidays, and favorable return to work guidelines.
