Introduction.
The main focus of the vital farms' company is to engage in food business which involves the raising of pasture hens. The hens used to raise eggs for the farm which were converted to a source of income to the farm.
Question 1.
The principle of conscious marketing clearly states that marketing can work smoothly only if there is a radical shifting of the paradigm of the principle of marketing. For instance, if there are new approaches that are encountered as per the principle, the business conducted and its work will be awesome. Its main focus is ensuring that the main purpose of the business is to make a profit (Crowe et al.,2014, pg1221-1225). The people that may be affected by the progress of the business are the shareholders, customers, and employees of the firm as in the vital farm company. The vital farm company works with 60 employees who have facilitated marketing of the eggs production of the company. The company ensures that it satisfies the needs of the stakeholders whereby payment of approximately $30,000 per annum is made to the fully employed employees as well as overtime which motivate the employees to work best for a better output in the market (Fisinin, Papazyan and Surai, 2009, pg18-28)
