History is any chronological follow-up of past events regarding any activity, individual or institutional growth and development. Studying the history is beneficial to all members of every state, on both personal and national concern. History enlightens as on almost all aspects. These issues include cultural, economic, political and educational insight. Everyone has a dark past, and we only manage to make sufficient progress by understanding our past and reflecting on where we went wrong in the first place. In the past decades, a couple of decisions and controversial agreements led to an almost destruction of the world as we know it. One of these cases was the emergence of Nuclear warfare and the European economic depression. We will only manage to avoid future disasters through careful analysis of these past events. It resulted in massive unemployment, increase in poverty, collapsing of financial institutions, and consequently, increase in crime. History analyzes these misfortunes and explains the way leaders of these nations manage to get out of this predicament. A good understanding of factors that primarily affect our modern economies might help us solving current economic problems such as the recent recession trends noticed in European countries and Northern America.
