The limited liability company, S corporation, and C companies are all business schemes that a start-up business should consider during set up. The LLC requires deficient maintenance and legal entities. An S company is a tax status designed so that entity owners can save money on taxation (Blumberg, 1985). On the other hand, a C company is a more complex legal institution best for owners looking to keep high profits in the organization. Both LLC and C-Corp companies are legal institutions, while an S-Corp is a tax status organization. Also, the two types of structures protect the investors' assets while this does not apply to an S-Corp company. On the part of taxation, taxes in a limited liability company are standard, while those of a C-Corp is double.
