I encountered a challenging incident in high school competition. All students of different grades are encouraged to participate as a manner of identifying their talents to test. There was stiff competition among the dancers. In addition, the dance competition seeks to consider dancer’s vision of an event. The objective of the competition is entice a prospect generation of creative thinkers and endorse the significance of arts in the community. The competition also provides a golden opportunity for winners to receive cash prices, scholarships as well as choreography opportunities. I love dancing since my childhood, but I felt overwhelmed and nervous since I was a freshman in high school.
I had to overcome my fears since I wanted to become a choreographer. I had to demonstrate my potential and skills as an inventive artist in dance. The competition seeks unique choreography hence I had to utilize my creative skills to overcome the stiff competition and also reveal my potential. There are no boundaries in dance hence I incorporated creativity to self-express myself. Creativity to come up with attractive dance moves calls for hard work in order to express individual thoughts in dance.
