A team can be defined as a group of people who have come together with a common aim or purpose to put their abilities together and achieve a bigger task of their choice according to their specialization for their common interest. However, just as it is natural that anything with the good side must have a bad side, being part of a team or a joint work also has merits and demerits. Working together may have an added advantage in having stronger decisions and solutions, which result from thinking together and working as a team kills individuality and creativity, which is best seen when working alone. Working as a group can solve complex issues at ease and within a shorter period because of the collaborative experiences from the different people who have put together their minds.
