Apple Company is one of the leading world innovation organizations with iOS, OS, Ipad, and IPhone among other technological devices. In recent past, the company has made tremendous development in the technological field. The company embraces customer based relationship and works to ensure product safety and lasting technology that will exacerbate its customers. This brief illustrates the changes that Apple engineered in the codes of conduct and standards that Apple prioritizes to remain relevance in the market.
Today, most people prefer apple products because of the dramatic changes in its innovation. Among the greatest changes made by the company include the improvement in the fields of;
1 Working environment health and safety, for example, adequate training and provision of personal protective equipment.

Under the company’s auspices, Apple suppliers train its workers in extensively about the company's, local laws, Code of Conduct, safety regulations and health and. Apple also provides training on best communications among the employees, educational resources useful to supervisors in the factory supervisors, training them on how best to communicate with their workers, uphold human resources policies, and maintain a safe workplace.
The company has Supplier Employee Education and Development (SEED) program; where they invest a huge amount of money that enable them to equip the necessary factory equipment for the production of quality product (O'Grady, 2009).  For instance, the China Foxconn known to produce Apple products in the low-quality environment is regularly audited to ensure the products are standardized. The US Company embraces high-quality products and standards of production by assuring health and safety of its employees and consumers’ at large. In Asia, the products are forced to be re-installed with iEconomy to ensure the quality ds maintained.
Today the company has offered itself in maintaining courses for staff members to ensure commitment, high performance and quality of its products about ISO standards. The abusive program like recruitment fee has been forced end with this company, where that company charges a substantial amount from applicant to secure position in Apple factory (Lashinsky, 2012). This amount to trust among the entire stakeholders, it has also put forth programs that help fight all forms of discriminations that exist in the company ranging from racial, sexual orientation, gender, country of origin and sexual harassment. Suppliers who violate the employees or customers are forced to reimburse them. The change in the code of conduct makes it strict for the factories to adhere to the standards of the company. As a result, it keeps a large number of the customer behind it because it prioritizes safety in its services and products. They operate under their ethics, which are principled to honesty, quality, confidentiality of information.
In the protection of the environment, the company has largely improved and considered important the control of hazardous substance and restrictions, waste water management, Stormwater management, air emissions management, solid waste management, environmental permits and boundary noise management. The customers, therefore, have little worry about the company’s product and services. The company has integrated its auditing processes to make it more relevant to the activities undertaken by the company.
The changes in the auditing process include; the Preparation where every new factory is mandated to keep Apple's Code of conducts and be agreed to audits. Audits are given prioritize basing on geographic location risks, commodity risks, previous audit performance, and concerns brought to Apple by internal teams, as well as external stakeholders planned spending, NGOs, and others (Lùsted, 2012). Secondly, On-site Audit in this stage includes onsite audit led by Apple auditors and supported by local third-party auditors and experts trained about Apple auditing protocols.
