Introduction
In principle, Parkland Memorial Hospital has been among Dallas’ worst performing hospitals in terms of patient safety for a long period (Mcneill, 2011). Significantly, it is because of this that need has arisen to benchmark the hospital’s security and improve this weakness on its part. In essence, the two health care facilities are in the same industry; hence, one can be able to compare the two. Significantly, the differences between the two are the quality of services, resources, and staff qualification.
