A Summary of Reasons that Influence Innovation in Entrepreneurial Organizations
Creative entrepreneurs will prosper, but imitators shall have an unfavorable future. The current business environment is so competitive that many companies grapple with low sales. Ironically, other enterprises expand their markets and raise profits. Entrepreneurial culture, which refers to the mindset of innovation, accounts for the contrasting trends. While other managers burden their employees with workload, entrepreneurs allow their staff members to operate unhindered. Instead of objectifying workers, executives in companies that show an orientation toward entrepreneurship esteem them as equal partners. As a result, productive engagements, creativity, and mitigated risks characterize all operations. Leaders in entrepreneurial organizations then utilize such a culture to seek opportunities for innovation to improve service delivery, customer satisfaction, competitive edge, and performance.
The first objective of seeking opportunities for innovation is to improve the delivery of service to a market. Service delivery refers to the standards and principles that inform the way customers receive assistance. Marketing relationship officers review client experiences to make informed decisions on the processes that require improvement.
