Vision/Mission Statement and Goals
A. Vision Statement
The vision/mission statements summarise where the business is headed. It describes what the business produces, who products are produced for, and its unique business characteristics. It will reflect the values of the management team and the type of business culture you are trying to create.
The business I want to start is a Chick-fil-A restaurant, although this will be after obtaining a license from the fast food restaurant chain. Although Chick-fil-A requires that every franchise operator pay personal attention to the brand’s core values and even helps with the startup costs associated with developing the store and jumpstarting the business, it is up to the business owner to capitalize on the franchise’s loyal customer base to generate revenue. The business’s vision will be to give an extraordinary restaurant experience to our customers through delicious meals and fast service. On the other hand, the business's mission is to create happy memories for our customers by serving Chick-fil-A-style chicken sandwiches that provide an authentic dining experience that is original to the area. The fast-food restaurant will provide a wide array of popular and delicious Chick-fil-A breakfast, lunch, and snack items such as the Chick-fil-A grilled chicken club sandwich, grilled nuggets, Chick-fil-A biscuit, spicy Chick-fil-A chick-n-strips biscuit, spicy deluxe sandwich, and spicy chicken sandwich, among others. Moreover, the restaurant will have a website where customers can access catering, pick-up, and delivery services to their homes or workplaces. The business will have a culture
