There are factors that determine the amount of Compensation, these factors included; location of the work place, nature of the job, qualifications and experience of the employee. Different towns located in distinct countries across the globe, has mini and maximum Compensations that employees receive. Different jobs have distinct Compensation. The amount Compensation of given to a particular employee is determined by his or her qualifications as well as experience regarding that particular job (Milkovinch, 2010). This paper evaluates and discusses human resource manager and human resource director jobs. It also contains an evaluation of the Las Vegas, London and Rome towns and how the job compensation principles relate them. The issue of compensation addressed and finally, the evaluation of military compensation plan. During an interview with a compensation analyst the following deductions were made Human resource manger duties and responsibilities include; Planning, directing as well as coordinating organization human resource management activities so as to maximize utilization of human resources . The manager also performs functions such as recruitment, personnel policies, employee compensation, and regulatory compliance. Human Resources Director is responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources policies, services as well as programs of the entire company (Milkovinch, 2010). Las Vegas City is the most populous city in Nevada, USA. Las Vegas is globally known as a city for gambling, fine dining and shopping. There are also famous casinos and entertainment resorts. Living conditions are therefore very high and jobs are very valuable. London is the capital city of UK (United Kingdom). London is a leading  HYPERLINK "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Global_city" \o "Global city" global city, with strengths in commerce arts, entertainment, education, finance fashion, media, professional services, healthcare, research and development and transport all contributing to its prominence. London is one the world's largest financial centre. Rome is the central business town of Italy. It is also the largest as well as the most populated city in Italy. The economic performance of Italy average and not stable (Milkovinch, 2010). Compensation scales are popular in the three towns in the following order: Las Vegas, London then Rome. In Las Vegas, compensations of employed workers are twice the pay that employees in Rome. Compensations of employees in London are slightly lower than that of Las Vegas. Law professor in London receives the highest pay, followed by law professor in Las Vegas and the professor in Rome takes the third position in our comparison. This is because of the popularity of law as a course offered in various colleges and universities in diploma, degree, masters, doctorate and PhD level. Human resource director in New York takes home the highest remuneration, followed by hr director in London and hr director in Rome takes the last position in our comparison. Compensation may describe additional benefits provided to employees in addition to the normal remunerations. The compensation analyst said that there is specific compensation allowances that employees should look for among the first compensation is the education allowances. This is because need to advance in education to get promotion to the position in various positions. Still, education allowances should be the major compensation because majority of the companies use the principle of pay per knowledge. The pay per knowledge system is rule used to ensure that employees are paid based on their knowledge. For example in the position of human resource department there are two managers, one holds an undergraduate degree while the other hold master degree. In pay per knowledge system, the manager who is a master’s holder will receive the highest pay. Therefore, it is wise to get education compensations to advance in education during free hours, weekends or take education leave (Milkovinch, 2010).
