1.0 Deceitful or false advertising of corporation
Dishonest advertising refers to advertising techniques used by an organization to mislead the customer and generate their profit. For example, incorporation that manufactures eclipse gum they claimed that their new ingredients in the gum- magnolia bark extract had germ-killing properties. The customers sued the Wrigley in a federal court claiming the subsidiary company of privately owned corporation of Mars Inc. made false advertising about the claim of the germ-killing ingredient. As part of the settlement demand, the company changed how they market and label the gums. They agreed also to pay $6million to $7 million to a fund that will reimburse the customers. I agree with the claims in that the corporation had a misleading advertisement and as part of marketing, they wanted to sell their products more. In addition, they lost the case between Wrigley vs. consumers CITATION Sul11 \l 1033 (Sullivan, 2011).

I communicated the complaint to the company that manufactures it. My claims based on the public policy demands that the state "for any responsibility it should be dwelt with, whenever it reduces the hazards to life and health inherent in any defective products that reach the market." CITATION Gri10 \l 1033 (Griseri, P., & Seppala, N., 2010) The company refuted the claims and stated the person claiming the injuries had to show that the food was inadequate. The general rule for negligence is that a corporation has a duty towards any individual, at any time, to exercise reasonable care for a person physical safety. The best approach would have been to have a dialogue with the company and come up with a settlement.
3 Cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking
They should be ban from the public. Smoking can cause serious health issues to those smoking and the passive smokers around them. Recent studies have proved that tobacco smoke contains many harmful substances like, carcinogens and nicotine that are very addictive. It has also shown that it causes cancer, heart diseases, and emphysema. Inhaling smoke as a passive smoker can be deadly CITATION Sul11 \l 1033 (Sullivan, 2011). The research has shown that exposure to cigarette smoke has little as 30 minutes a day can raise the risk of non-smoker to suffer a heart attack.

Most countries depend on oil. States would go to lengths to acquire it. Many of the production industry require it, but this has caused severe damage to the environment. Recent research has shown oil production or transportation can cause disruption of human population or animals.
