For every organization, the customer is always the most important aspect of a business. This means that there is need to maintain a reasonable degree of the services they are offered. With this, it can be seen that customer quality is essential for every firm that deals delivery of goods or services. In order for a firm to maintain or gain on the market size, the firm needs to have maintained a high standard of customer quality. In simple terms, customer quality is the degree of standards that a firm maintains in the delivery of goods or services to its clients. This means that every firm will somehow strive in order to maintain high quality and help the firm attain a high quality in terms of services offered.
Customer quality is measured by the customers themselves through the feeling of feedback forms provided by most organization. These forms are mostly given out to clients who visit the organization in order for the management to be in a position to assess the performance of the firm during period end. This makes the process to be effective as the views being given reflect directly to the manner the clients were served by the organization.
In most areas of business, customer quality is of utmost importance to the business. Most firms are known to use this criteria to rate the levels of services providence. Government Corporation and non-governmental organization are known to be the ones using this mode to assess their departments, as they are mostly service organization.
In a nutshell, customer quality determines the progress of most organization in the current market. Organizations which offer the best customer quality tend to increase their market power over the period as the consumers will tend to prefer them.
