Provide a definition of marketing from the American Marketing Association. Define the customer value proposition. Discuss the differences between the marketing process and advertising, the goals of creating a strong customer value proposition, and the unique relationship that exists between company and customer.
Use your workplace, a company you would like to work for, or an entrepreneurial vision and apply the concepts of the customer value proposition and relationship marketing to their operations. Introduce who the company, or business idea is and what they do. Provide examples demonstrating how the company uses these concepts successfully. Are there any ways they can improve in these areas? How?
Define what a "personal brand" is. Determine how your own personal brand links to the organization's customer value proposition. Discuss ways you can integrate a customer value proposition and use relationship marketing to position yourself the best. Please share examples to illustrate your thoughts and reasoning.

It is advisable for any organization to formulate a total compensation plan for its employees. This means deriving a plan that is inclusive of all salaries and benefits such as health care, retirement benefits, a conducive working employment as well as flexibility in the working schedules. Additionally, it should include the way in which the plan is to be paid to the employees. Compensation plans are aimed at ensuring the organization maintains high quality services through protection of employees (Berger and Berger, 2015).
Laws and regulations influencing total compensation
Being a federal contractor of a Biotech industry with 200 employees, understanding the laws and regulations that influence total compensation. For instance, The Fair Labor Standard Act which stipulates the standards in which wages and overtime payment should be administered. The federal contractor is required to cover all the payments in terms of salaries and compensation for overtime of the employees.
