Business Analytics (BA) involves the practices, skills, and technologies for continuous repetitive investigation and exploration of initial business performance to obtain insight and compel planning (Laursen & Thorlund, 2016). BA is often performed at four critical levels within an institution including; organizational level, project level, enterprise level, and operational level. Business Analysis is essential for a business to obtain financial strength within a market (Laursen & Thorlund, 2016).
