Identify and discuss prior unsuccessful efforts that were previously attempted towards addressing the issue. Include an analysis of challenges that prevented other attempts from successfully achieving resolution. These methods could be from the organization being investigated or another organization in the same industry.
Develop a strategy to address the problem or issue and provide at least one alternative strategy.

It is difficult to imagine a company like Amazon, one of the biggest retailers worldwide, starting as a small business operating in a home garage in1994. The company was founded, and Jeff Bezos chairs it. The company began by selling the book online. Over the years, the management grew its ambitions, and it became one of the innovation hubs. It started developing its products like eBook readers, leading futuristic projects, and later using drones to deliver its goods. Apart from beings the largest retailer Amazon has retained its own pace of growth. The total revenue has grown over the years. The company has now opened its offices in many countries worldwide, employing more than 200000 workers (Berryman, 2014). Managing a company like Amazon requires careful management of its resources and people with strict adherence to the company values that keep it moving. The major problem experienced by the company's management is tax evasion, unfair treatment of workers, and lack of standard marketing pricing.
