Income inequality is evident in the way people are able to afford different things such as good housing. People with a high income are able to afford a variety of high-class things such as the best education, good cars, and residents while people with low income can barely afford some items especially the expensive ones.
Household income represents the amount of money that each and every home earns. According to Alan Berube, the levels of inequalities differ with consideration to various elements such as the education level.
The cities exhibited the highest inequality reflected industrial and income patterns along with the local housing dynamics. The level of inequality dictated income disparities between the rich and the poor. The general cause of the income inequality is the types of jobs taken by the people, which could be because of the level of education and perhaps their background.
